Panel Director

Ady Lam is a third-year at Northwestern University majoring in Cognitive Science and Environmental Policy and Culture, with minors in Data Science and Business Institutions. She is passionate about the circular economy and environmental justice, having organized mass clothing donations as the executive coordinator of Northwestern’s Thrift Store, authored policy memos for Chicago-based non-profits and worked in sustainability consulting in Hong Kong. Following a Northwestern-funded Mining Trek to Montana and Alaska, Ady is increasingly interested in exploring decarbonization and renewable energy. She looks forward to drawing upon her experience last year organizing the inaugural Sustainability Innovation Forum at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology to bring the Chicago Energy Conference to fruition.
