The electrical grid is a critical infrastructure vulnerable to cyberattacks from criminal organizations and foreign adversaries.  With the integration of smart grid technologies and distributed renewable energy sources, there are more points of vulnerability. This panel aims to discuss the trends, challenges, as well as software and hardware solutions for tackling cybersecurity risks in grid reliability and resilience via supply chain and infrastructure approaches.
