Quinn Cook

Quinn Cook is an Analyst at Citi within the Clean Energy Finance group. The group executes and manages Citi’s tax equity investments, leads tax credit transfer transactions, and provides bespoke clean energy advisory.

Prior to working at Citi, Quinn attended Northwestern University where he studied Economics and Environmental Policy and wrote a thesis regarding Electric Utilities and Green Bonds. Quinn helped found the Chicago Energy Conference while at Northwestern while leading the Northwestern Energy & Sustainability Club. As a student, Quinn interned at Guidehouse in their utility consulting practice, and held other internships in energy efficiency consulting and economic forecasting.
