Stephanie Steider leads emerging technologies and advanced analytics at MISO, where she helps shape how the organization adopts and scales artificial intelligence in real, operational environments. Her work focuses on bridging the gap between emerging technology and practical application, turning AI from a concept into a capability that drives decisions and outcomes.

With roots in process improvement as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Stephanie brings a grounded, execution-oriented perspective to AI—focusing not just on what’s possible, but what works.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and two dogs and is on a mission to visit all 63 U.S. National Parks.
